Stefano’s is inspired by our son, Stefano, whose life has quietly shaped the way we see the world. He has taught us patience, tenderness, and the beauty of love expressed without words. This spirit lives in every corner of the restaurant — a reminder that legacy is not built in words, but in the way we care for others and the meaning we create together.

Chef Gianluca

Rooted in Italian heritage, Chef Gianluca brings a lifetime of experience and intention to every menu he creates. His approach honors the depth and authenticity of traditional Italian cuisine while thoughtfully embracing the evolution of those traditions in America. Alongside regional Italian dishes shaped by his training and travels throughout Italy, the menu also includes familiar Italian-American classics — such as Fettuccine Alfredo — that reflect the immigrant journey and the way Italian cooking adapted to new places, new ingredients, and new families.

Each dish is chosen with care, offering something for everyone at the table. Together, they tell a story of where the journey began in Italy, how it evolved here, and how food continues to connect generations — blending tradition, adaptation, and heart in every bite.
